Production - Finding the perfect location - [INITIAL]

Location Two - The Country Mansion
Brief Description: A large natural stone detached house, with large windows and wooden doors. Surrounded by country lanes and woodlands with only a single neighbouring property. Multiple garden areas both at the front, side and back of the house with a large drive area. Grand and neutral coloured entrance and hallway with three doors leading to the kitchen, lounge and door stairs bathroom and a staircase. The kitchen is light, airy and modernly decorated with large windows and sliding glass doors opening out into garden space. Views of woodland through-out the house. [More photo's will be added at a later date after a tour of the house.]
Positives: The property itself is picturesque and so are its surroundings. There is an interesting drive to location as it's surrounded by woodland, a positive because it's killing two birds with one stone. We would be able to film the car scenes while actually driving to the location, meaning it should take less time to film. The property is secluded with few neighbouring house, meaning it is more believable that people won't here what Steve and Jane are up to. The large size of the property means the owners will be able to stay on site while we film without causing interruption. I have a close relationship with the owners, so they will be more likely to allow us more time to film if we need it.
Negatives: It doesn't have some of the special element's of the church, i.e. stain glass windows or pool area. But considering we will only be shooting the first two minutes of our film, they aren't necessary or required. There is no cellar, which means we would have to disguise another room as one.
